Overview

These terms apply to every visit to www.raviver.store and every order placed on it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

We describe and photograph our jewelry as accurately as we can. Pearls and other natural materials vary in shape, tone and lustre, so each piece may differ slightly from the photos. Colours may also look different depending on your screen.

All products are subject to availability. We may change or withdraw a product at any time. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will tell you and refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping costs and any taxes we collect are shown before you pay.

  • Payment is taken in full when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.
  • Prices and promotions can change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed, unless we say otherwise.
  • If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send your order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the item is unavailable, the payment cannot be verified, we suspect fraud, or the order appears to be for resale.

You are responsible for giving a correct name, email and delivery address. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped. You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

  • Customs and import charges: for international orders, any duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility, unless checkout states they are included.
  • Refused or undeliverable parcels: if a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, non-collection or unpaid duties, we refund the item price less the shipping costs we paid.
  • Risk and ownership: the item becomes yours, and the risk of loss passes to you, when it is delivered to the address you gave.

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds only for items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. You must report the problem within 7 days of delivery, with photos.

Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful, personal shopping. You must not:

  • place false or fraudulent orders, or use someone else's payment details without permission
  • interfere with the website's security, or use bots or scrapers to collect its content
  • copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes

All content on the website, including the Raviver name, logo, product designs, photos and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Warranty and liability

We are responsible for delivering items that match their description and are free from defects at delivery. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:

  • the website is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • we are not liable for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidents or improper care of the jewelry
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed occasions
  • our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury. Your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.

The website is operated by Elena Skvortsova,  ("Raviver", "we", "us"). You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
